Barfield Revenue Consulting (BRC) is a woman-owned, executive-level, full-service sales consulting, and talent acquisition firm focused on raising client revenue. Whether the need is to recruit and hire key, diverse talent (entry-level through leadership), implement internal sales and/or recruiter training, or gain executive coaching and/or assistance with resume enhancements and career placement, BRC has the tools and the expertise needed to help raise your revenue.
Our Mission is to positively impact revenue and the growth trajectory of employers, employees, and the marketplace.
Will Barfield is the President and CEO of Barfield Revenue Consulting (BRC), a company he cofounded in 2016 with his wife, Amy Barfield. Will has been in sales his entire professional career, and really all the way back to his first job in high school. From his early-90’s days as a part-time telemarketer, to six years in sports sales with the Carolina Mudcats and 12+ years in sales leadership and sales recruiting with Frankel Staffing Partners, Will has never not generated revenue.
In addition to heading all sales-related efforts at BRC, Will is also very active in the local community. He donates his time to several organizations and has a history of leading successful fundraising efforts. At present, Will holds prominent volunteer positions with the WakeMed Foundation, Haven House Services, and the Downtown Raleigh Alliance.
Amy Barfield is the Vice President of Barfield Revenue Consulting (BRC),
a company she cofounded in 2016 with her husband, Will Barfield. Immediately following college, Amy began her working career as a product sales rep in high-end cosmetics. After a successful foray into the pharmaceutical meeting planning business, Amy returned once again to sales and launched a multi-year run in the IT training industry. Her work in that space included building the first outbound, inside sales team for American Research Group, a Cary-based company which was acquired by Global Knowledge during Amy’s tenure.
At present, when Amy isn’t seeing to BRC’s day-to-day operations, she serves as Co-Leader of her youngest daughter’s Girl Scouts troop. In addition, she recently accepted an Advisory Board seat for the School of Business at Meredith College, her alma mater. Will and Amy love calling the Triangle region of North Carolina home.
